We knew a family from India that are Muslims. They put up Christmas lights and had Easter eggs. They very much immersed themselves in America. It wasn't for show. They were genuine. The dad is a soft spoken guy. They had a terrible tragedy happen to their family but they forgave the person that did it. America brought them great hope and then great tragedy but I never saw them get bitter.

I saw the video of the Muslim student talking about the subway incident. He seemed to be a good sort. Same gentle spirit like the Muslim dad that I know.
