Hmmmm - another remarkable coincidence emerges? Daniel Seikaly happens to have a daughter - who represented a jihadist called Al-Timini (jailed for 70 years for “sedition” - the guy worked next to Ken Alibek and had a security clearance). Daniel Seikaly, of course, is the guy who seems to be the orchestrator of the DOJ’s campaign against Hatfill. I wonder why his daughter was representing Al-Timini for free?

Daniel Seikaly was briefed by lead investigator Lambert (with Michael Mason, head of field office present). Has pled fifth about outrageous Hatfill leaks.

Daniel Seikaly would have presented any indictment brought. (No indictment was brought).

His daughter Kate Seikaly represented Ali-Al-Timimi pro bono.

So, just to sum up this complex set of facts. Daniel Seikaly is the DOJ official responsible for bringing an indictment in the Amerithrax investigation.

It was revealed in a Washington Post story in September 2006 that the FBI suspected this jihadist guy, Al Timini, may have been involved in the anthrax attacks:

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2006/09/02/AR2006090201096_pf.html

The agents reached an alarming conclusion: “Timimi is an Islamist supporter of Bin Laden” who was leading a group “training for jihad,” the agent wrote in the affidavit. The FBI even came to speculate that Timimi, a doctoral candidate pursuing cancer gene research, might have been involved in the anthrax attacks.

Then we have Daniel Seikaly’s daughter representing Al-Timini for free. Hmmmmmm. Does something seem amiss with this, or is it just me?
