ZackaandPook is Dr Watson in this case, he was the person who found this. It’s an incredible piece of information, I believe.
It cannot be denied that Nguyen’s death is a mystery and what a coincidence she worked at Lenox - but how close to the good doctor?
One can now speculate over the usual wide range of scope. From the FBI know he was involved but arrested him on another charge - to the FBI looked at every Dr at Lenox, found one with dodgy papers and a AQ charity connection, and then almost treated him like a Hatfill or Berry, only this time actually arresting him, but not mentioning anthrax.
One thing is interesting - do you think the FBI ever mentioned the word “anthrax” when questioning him?

I just found a transcript from CNN which says,

O'BRIEN: Jason, we know that she worked in the supply room in the hospital and we know that that supply room had some mail in it. Do we know much about how much contact she had with the mail? Was she in any way sorting or delivering it because presumably that mail would have gone through that Morgan facility which has some positive anthrax tests there that have come back? What do we know about what she did in her daily work that might have put her in contact with mail?

CARROLL: Well it's definitely been confirmed that mail from the Morgan facility did pass through Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital. But in terms of how much mail this woman actually may have handled, at this point it's difficult to tell.

It's my understanding that tests of that mail area showed no trace of anthrax.

Looking through old news article via Google, I found one from the November 5, 2001, issue of Time Magazine which discusses the Kathy Nguyen case. It contains one comment which I particularly like:

"This is new ground," says Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. "Years from now, people will look at our experience and say, 'Ah, we know spores can do A, B, C, D and E, but in October 2001, they weren't sure of that.'"
