One of the questions must be: do you think in a free society that law can only do so much?

We could also ask: must a public official be honest when choosing his words? After all, politicians talk about banning “assault weapons”, that are not real assault weapons. They talk about banning “illegal” guns when they really mean all guns except those in the hands of police. They wax hyperbolic about “gun” crime, when they really mean criminals (many of which are felons who the law prohibits from even touching a gun) who use guns to commit crimes.

We could ask: just what does “shall not be infringed” mean?

I am sure Freepers could suggest their own questions.

We could ask when Bloomberg will request that the New York Legislature pass a bill to make New York a “shall issue” state, with statewide pre-emption, thus bringing and end to NYC’s capricious laws that are hostile to firearms ownership and CCW.
