Any Republican candidate on the wrong side of these two issues can forget it. I don’t care what Rudy says about appointing “strict constructionists”...... I don’t trust him, and won’t vote for him. I’m very suspect of Romney’s sudden flip-flop on this issue as well.

Rooty Toot also has made it clear that he thinks Ruth Bader Ginsburg is a good justice and he has said that, “Presidents, going back to the beginning of the republic, generally appoint people on the Supreme Court that they believe agree with them.” And in Rooty Toot’s case this means he would appoint pro-abortion justices.
