The military should only be citizens too.
We are so fractured and balkanized already with thirty million non english speakers refusing to assimilate. We should have a twenty year moratorium on all imigration.
Citizenship should be hard to get and mean something.
I have quite a few friends and co-workers who are naturalized citizens and/or permanent residents, and I can tell you this: it’s not an easy process.
I agree that our immigration policy has led to too much balkanization and people refusing to assimilate. I believe, however, that the problem is caused by ILLEGAL immigrants, not the legal immigration we’re talking about here.
