The knee jerk reaction of all media is to disassociate the events...to find every possible explanation (regardless of how idiotic), in order to avoid suggesting that this was a deliberate targeting of Christians because of them being Christians.
The idea has not been mentioned that this guy might have been asking for shelter as a means of getting inside to attack the staff. All I’ve heard said is he was turned away, so he might have become angry...I mean, maybe that’s so, but the other possibility hasn’t even been brought up.
