Thanks for the update, Nic! Now, the picture is coming together. I wish the police would inform the public with all the facts they have, instead of leaving everyone to surmise the situation.

I assume they are concerned that if they tell too much, they risk alerting the suspect(s) at large....and they may even be wondering just how many are still involved with this heinous scheme.

If they believe there is a group involved....rather than a lone gunman or two idyots....

In case you haven’t noticed . . . though it’s logically and sometimes rightly ascribed to

strategic tactical reasons . . .

law enforcement all over have become much more tight lipped . . .

and often much more given to distorting realities—even in court . . .

not a good sign, imho.
