The victims of this assault on the bus need to sue the crap out of these parents for breeding these little scum bags.
I tend to believe that would amount to "getting blood out of a stone".
Authorities need to investigate the parents and home lives of kid/thugs like these. The negligent parents are the ones who should pay the price for allowing their offspring to be hateful, evil monsters.
