No. He is a fundamentalist Mormon going by the teachings of the founder of Mormonism. You may want to go back to Mormon history to understand and accept what they were taught to believe. Christians didn’t want polygamy and why the United States Supreme Court banned polygamy - Mormonism is not Christian and violated Christian principles.
Fellow Mormons on FR will try to wiggle out of this by occasionally one will be honest .... Mormons don’t believe in the Trinity. They like Christ but believe Christ achieved godhood and you can too! It’s a works driven religion. They also believe that some who live an exclempraty life will get a PLANET with lots of VIRGINS. None of this is Christian. None of it.
