What you said about the word “Jehovah” is correct. But then again, most of the Old and New Testament names aren’t pronounced as they originally were. Including the name Jesus. I doubt if God gets bent out of shape about it.

Well, pronounciation is one thing, outright made up names are something else. What is laughable is people thinking that they have added an aire of authenticity by using a name like "Jehovah" when in fact, they reveal that they are either ignorant or charlatans.

For the record, "Jesus" is a concoction that comes from transliterating "Yeshua" or "Yehoshua" into Greek letters, and then adding the masculine decilination (the "s" sound) at the end. There are no "J"s in Hebrew. But again, at least it is an attempt to take the Hebrew name and bring it into the venacular. Using "Jehovah" is simply silly.
