I see an arm, a roll of sweatshirt, and probably the shirt he used to hide the gun in hanging from his right hand.

Not to me, but theres no way the rifle the shooter is shown holding is the same SKS shown on the Fox site. The muzzle device, whatever it is, on the Fox site is much larger than the one on the rifle the shooter is shown aiming. And where is the rather bulky base of what appears in the Fox photo to be a bipod or monopod. Or so it appears to me.
