“Wurtzel also expressed general concerns that NBC has about people with “deep pockets” being able to buy up a great deal of advertising and affect public perception on any issue, solely because they have the money to do it.”
Excuse me???? Private citizens engaging in the free market to express gratitude to the folks who keep us safe and free, (yes, even you liberal pu—ies!)is considered as unfair influence on public perception!!
What an arrogant, ignorant idiot!!

NBC has no problem bringing Huffington on the shows where she’s advertises her blog or Move-on where they’ve advertised.

If NBC is airing the ‘fightglobalwarming.com’ adds, they are lying through their teeth about applying the ‘political advocacy’ ban consistently.

You are correct and their “Going (piss) Green” campaign is total political advocacy.

NBC would be the first up in arms if someone tried to censor their views. Hypocrits.
I refuse to allow NBC (No Brain Correspondents) to be aired in my house.

It’s more important to run the message than advertise the web page, so drop the url.

However, he said, the link to the website violates their policy on controversial issue advertising because it encourages political action and other activities. He said the policy is applied consistently across the board and this group was not targeted in any way. Yes, by God, we can't encourage Politcal Action... why that would be engaging the people in their government, and we all know that's a bad bad bad thing....
To: mware
Of course to NBC Move-on is not advocating anything. /s

I honestly believe NBC is trying to become the shadow left wing news outlet without saying so. I know, most msm are already left of far left. However, NBC doe not defend itself as DU liberal. No comments or denials. The frog in the boiling pot comes to mind......Just keep the leftist rudder in the left position and the remaining hundred listeners will become bigger DUers.

The more they expose themselves, the more we can find them in the dark....and get to their advertisers. That’s where it hurts. Do not expect anything else from NBC than liberal, anti-American garbage.
