Green told investigators he put her body in the front seat and raped her because her body was still warm. He dragged Spencer out of his vehicle and put her in front of the car and ran over her several times, going back and forth. He then collected himself long enough to dump her body in Twin Prairie Bayou.
Elsewhere Huckabee said he's
as conservative as anybody needs to be.
I guess he didn't see a need to be conservative in this case.

Although he's required to by the Constitution, the governor, as is his custom, won't say why he granted clemency to this crazed killer (over the unanimous objections of the Post-Prison Transfer Board). Huckabee apparently listened to Green's minister (and a friend of the governor), who thinks the murder was an accident and Green was forced to confess. While stupid, it probably made him feel morally superior to the rest of us. Otherwise known as the Jimmy Carter syndrome.

The Values Voters got some ‘slaning to do
Looks like Hucksterbee valued those criminals over the victims and their families
This isnt gonna look good for those “Walker, Texas Ranger” reruns. Maybe Hucksterbee letting out all the cons will put Walker back to work

Elsewhere I have called Huckabee “a bible-thumping liberal”.
Now I’m starting to doubt his Christianity. I think he’s just a liar. A pure Clintonian liar. On every subject.

all one can say is that his actions perhaps reflect a combination of arrogance and avarice and ignorance. or perhaps a pastor's naivete, confusing forgetfulness with forgiveness. I saw no evidence of avarice offered (which the Toon had on full display with his pardons). That said, the poor judgment shown by Huckabee is a disqualifier IMHO.

Why does Huck single-out violent
offenders for preferential treatment?
if prison space was needed,
a thousand potheads would seem to
be lots safer for society

Gov. Huckabee probably never read the confession of a demented killer named Glen Green before he made the monster eligible for parole.Where is Glen Green now and why wasn't he prosecuted under the UCMJ?

This BS fails to mention that the commutation was revoked by the governor, after further review. It also fails to report how many of those 1033 pardons and commutations went to Clinton era whistleblowers, Like Drummond. I guess the writer never did any research. How about watching “The Clinton Chronicles” now on Google video, or at least the last 10 minutes of it for a little clarification. With Fred out of the race, Huckabee is the only conservative choice. The others are all PC Gay rights, Pro Global Warming Caps, Rhino’s. Minute Men and Fair tax and Numbers USA people are backing Huck, So should you.
