I have an old truck and looked out of place where I lived. After getting pulled over by the local police quite a few times without ever getting a ticket I dialed myself on my cell phone and just laid it next to me. After the cop explained to me that the trailer hitch ball on my bumper covered up part of my license plate, I asked him if he minded my recording our conversation on my voicemail. Never got pulled over again.
BTW, Hunter is still the best!
Around here the standard reason for getting pulled over is that whatever car you’re driving looks like a car police are looking for.
