The CO-03 is more conservative and Republican than the state as a whole, so Wolf should have a decent shot of defeating fluke Congressman John Salazar (who won in 2004 because of GOP division and his brother’s coattails).

The Colo. 3rd has Pueblo and Aspen, two historically Democrat areas, and the San Luis Valley which has Dem votes. It has trended Republican in recent years, but is competitive.
