My employer has a sign on the front door that "concealed weapons are not permitted in this facility." I thought, (but didn't say) "How are you going to know they have them if they're concealed." Stupid.

I have seen these signs. Concealed means concealed. Unless they have a metal detector set to figure out if my weapon is setting it off or my car keys, I tend to ignore the sign.
