While I hope it doesn't happen, there are those in the House and Senate who will demand it at least be considered. I fully expect Rep.Carolyn McCarthy to hold a press conference touting 'if my bill had been passed this wouldn't have happened' drivel.
She is not up for relection and can beat her drum loudly, and she WILL get support for it from the radical left.
