It’s called La Nina, the opposite of El Nino. And what we get in the PNW is more precipitation and snow.

Consider that most of the species ever to exist on this planet are now extinct. Think about it. That’s just the way it goes. Global warming my @ss.

"Giant Squid's California Migration Product Of Warming"

Not to get picky but wasn't there a recent story of how scientists finally got a picture of an underwater giant squid and it was a big deal because they had only seen dead ones washed up on the beach? I know it was super rare to actually see one, let alone follow its "migration".

Personally, I can’t wait until it’s warm enough to deer hunt without a jacket in Alberta! Embrace global warming ‘cause you sure as hell can’t change it.

One ignorant statement after another, cobbled together like the nest of a magpie. These guys aren’t scientists, they are nitwit enthusiasts.

If 107 degrees kills foxes, wouldn't all 30,000 of them fallen out of the trees, not just 10 percent?

Case in point. This is a good thing, not a bad thing. Called "thinning the herd." Mother Nature's way of practising eugenics. Instead of a crew of 30,000 motley bats, she now has a hardier crew of 27,000 heat resistant bats.

There have been five major extinctions in the last 520 million years, and four of them have been linked to warmer tropical seas

Yet the world still thrives.

These species sound like a bunch of wussies. If a few degrees shift in temperature screws ‘em up... then they deserve to die. I hate wussy species!

...encourage animals to move and even relocating them to cooler places.

How do you encourage them to move? Financial incentives? Free moving vans? What if they don't want to move? Will you force them to relocate? Has anyone consulted with the widdle animals?

What a bunch of B.S. There has been no temperature change, so all these species (which are mostly BUGS anyway, are dying off for other reasons, no doubt natural ones.

I’m so sick and tired of local weather changes being attributed to “global warming”. THey occur naturaly and always have.

Something has to be done alright, but it isn’t about “global warming”. Something has to be done to stop these kooks from having any influence on governments, and they MUST be turfed out of the UN, or even better, the entire UN must be scrapped. It’s anothing but a corrupt, evil place.
