Are you kidding me? Bush will go down as one of the greatest Presidents in history
You have a very unusual concept of "greatest President in history". My concept doesn't include a President who worked with socialist Teddy Kennedy to pass legislation that would grant amnesty to illegal aliens. Your passing remark about amnesty completely ignores the fact the people consider it the paramount issue today.
My idea of a great President doesn't include one who supports the law Of The Sea Treaty that would cede our national sovereignty to the socialist U.N.
My idea of a great President also does not include one who is working on behalf of the so called "world court" at the Hague and against is own home state of Texas to overturn the death sentence of an illegal alien who brutally murdered two teenage girls.
If more people like yourself define those facts as that of a great President then this country will collapse faster than you can say Benedict Arnold.

normy said greatest president in history and not the greatest president that your imagination can come up with. Bush stuck it out in Iraq through thick and thin and didn't waver despite terrible poll numbers and a change in congress. The same is true for his stand on stem cell research. 2 very unpopular stands and Bush was vindicated.

Do you really think that history will even consider amnesty as more than a footnote (it didn't pass by the way and Reagans amnesty did and he is a great President).
George W Bush will go down in history as the American President who changed the Middle East for the better. He will be the President who brought that region into the 21st century. Those are the type of things history remembers. Truman, Reagan, Teddy and FD Roosevelt are all considered great for different reasons.
It doesn't really matter that you do not like Bush or can't see how he will be considered great because you are a faceless person acting like a know it all punching on a keyboard. Bush is a two term American President who against all opposition and pressure changed the world and avoided certain defeat from traitors in his Congress actively trying to thwart our soldiers in battle by sticking to his convictions. Bush's steadfastness has helped to save this nation, and that is a fact.

By the way, since you are insinuating either I or Bush are Benedict Arnold I would ask you to consider Murtha, Kerry, Pelosi, Clinton, and Durbin and ask yourself, who would have stood up to them if Bush didn’t? Bush also had the courage to stand up to Gore when he tried to steal the election and true liberals hate his guts.
