It's every bit as clear as the Second Amendment, and most around here don't seem to have any doubt that the Second Amendment guarantees the individual right to keep and bear. I don't find this Amendment confusing, either.

Simply put, you have an individual right to bear arms and if you're born here, you're a citizen. If you want to solve illegal immigration, severely fine those who benefit from it.

Excellent point. The same kind of contorted reasoning used by immigration activists with the 14A is being used by gun control activists with the 2A.
