I think it's obvious that the power of the Democratic political "machine" in Chicago is doing in Senator Hillary Clinton. And for a obvious reason: the Democrats don't want what happened to Senator John F. Kerry, when the truth about his past (literally!) sank his campaign. Senator Clinton has a HUGE amount of "skeletons in the closet," and once that comes out it could turn really ugly really fast.

a little surprised Clinton's campaign is being this stupid. She had always had a tin ear for politics. Her staff often saves her from herself, but I think she's calling the shots here, and it's going to cost her.
