Depending of course on whether he wants to sue the cops for an egregious mistake.
This bashing in people doors by the cops is happening way to much in the last few years.
In this case the cops compounded their stupid mistake by tasing a guy with nothing more than a towel around his private parts.
I am surprised that they did not shoot and kill this poor man and then claim he had something sticking out from underneath the towel.
We are protected under the Constitution from these kinds of actions.
As to the question:
With millions of dollars he will be able to get a Rush Limbaugh implant.
Or he might like a blind person who gets a seeing eye dog he could get a hearing pet like mine.
I am partially deaf and my pet Mr. Melvin Cat runs in circles when someone rings the doorbell.
He could probably get the implant now, if he chose to have one. Most insurances cover it (including Medicare and Medicaid).
