Unfortunately it probably won’t matter much.

They usually hire independent telemarketers who are just there for the paycheck. Which means, they rarely relay any information back to the RNC.

They fired all of their inhouse staff, thanks to GWB’s amnesty push last Summer.

One caller won't get the RNC's attention. However, a drop in the number of individual contributions or total contributions will. Money still talks.
