My guess is she’s a bleeding heart lib, and means every word she says.
Why else Sudan ?
My charitable instincts are trying to overcome agreeing with you, and I submit the following:
1) She still has friends over there who have not had a chance to get out yet. The British government can rectify this situation by calling all subjects home quietly.
2) While in prison, she had no real idea that the Sudanese were calling for her death. Hopefully, somebody will show her the hours and hours of film of the protests of islamofacists calling for her throat to be slit.
3) Anybody who thinks like a teacher instead of a soldier needs time to digest all of this, and it's my hope that the press will leave her alone until she's had time to deal with this thing after situations 1) and 2) are fixed.
