My daughter was hit by a Mexican with no license/no insurance........heck they don’t have to run the cops could care less.........the guy refused to (or couldn’t) speak English to the cops so they waved him on.......OUR insurance had to cover it all.
Exactly. I had Allstate, and they covered it under my own policy. Then they cancelled me because my claims exceeded the allowable amount.
