Your English link just posted. Chavez officially lost 50.7% to 49.2%. Comments there earlier were claiming more like an 8-9% margin and commenting on delays in getting the official results out. Either they’re earlier vibes were overly optimistic or Chavez tried to cheat and fell short. By reporting close results now might he be able to try the same thing again? At least for now the good guys held on D. Its hard to call it a win with Chavez still in power for the time being.

Does anyone know when his current term actually ends, and is this it for him trying to be “President for Life” or will he just have to do it the old-fashioned way, i.e., violent coup d’etat.....
