An important question just occurred to me. Perhaps I am a little slow these days. That question is what will happen when she hopefully returns to Liverpool?

Will she be then in danger as are Dutch citizens, threatened in their own country?.

I note the history lesson and I am never tired of it's recounting. A pip squeak of a second lieutenant, had his attractive mother, pull strings to join Kitchener's army. Kitchener thought he was an upstart(he was right) and was somewhat less than enthusiatic. . As you will know, but for others- his account is:

Yes I do remember that Churchill was a Sub Leftenant on that.
