I beleive that unfortunately the Grand Jury will return an indictment for homocide

Texas grand juries are not known for bringing a "true bill" when persons committing crimes are shot by law abiding citizens. I predict a "No Bill". That means they will refuse to indict him.

But if they do, I'll gladly contribute to his defense fund.
