That must have been a while ago...Unless the neighborhood Quannel the tenth lives in is Rodeo Palms down on 288 just north of Hwy 6...
They originally envisioned the Rodeo Palms development to be an upscale, large lot style development...
But they had some hard times in getting that going...But when Quannel the tenth bought the first home in that place, the style changed to a small lot tract home subdivision...But Quannel’s still got the biggest house on the block though!!! Woo Hoo...
And they still can’t get a lot of people to move in once they figure out who’s in town, so to speak...
I wonder how he pays for all that stuff...
My earlier anecdote stated that Mr. X lived near my acquaintance, when it was actually Quannell's mother, Mrs. X, who lives in the neighborhood.
