If the author wanted to go Biblical, he could as Emeral Legasse might say kick it up a notch. One worldism is the enemy and God made that quite clear in Genesis with his dispostion of the Tower of Babel.

First came Antiochus Epiphanes, the abomination of desolation, and then Chanukah. Antiochus is the primary precursor of Antichrist in the Bible. Obviously, a precursor, for Christ lived about a century and a half after the tribulation imposed on devout Jews by Antiochus, yet Christ said:
Matt. 24:15, 21 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place...for then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
Antiochus waged a culture war with the devout Jews, ultimately developing into religious persecution. My view is we are in the preliminary stages of an end of days culture war, with an endtime Antiochus (antichrist) persecuting devout Christians and Jews whom he can’t convince to abandon their convictions.
My tagline is an undeniable truth. It is time conservatives decide between ‘republicanism’ and ‘globalism.’ You can’t have it both ways.
