So far as I know there's no connection between Ouati and watie (or swattie as I call him).

watie's like that kooky old guy who lives at the end of the street. You can see that in his posts.

Every now and then I make a few noises on line to see if it shakes him up.

I shouldn't -- I know it's not nice -- but he gives a lot more abuse than he takes.

I get the idea that he likes to vent, so maybe I'm even doing him a favor.
