Of the three most popular drugs for bipolar, Wal Mart has two for $4.00; the third (valporate?) is available online for around $35.00.

The point is that many bipolar patients will make excuses not to take their meds. I doesn’t matter if they are free. Anyone with experience in this area knows that this man is not an example of a faulty healthcare system, he is the victim of mental illness. He is acting typically for a bipolar patient. The price of his medication is irrelevant, he just doesn’t want to take it.

I am not aware of any drug that has passed a double blind study. So, you could get eye of newt, or Dr. Feel Good's Opium High Colonic Purge as ineffective as any of the days fashionable tonics.
