Not to mention that it seems like every election cycle...the Dems make this big to do about voter registration drives...yet still have the same percentage of voters turn out at the polls.
Once again proving that with the Democrat Party...appearance is more important than substance.

Yes, rodguy, but Oprah is backing Obama, so her campaigning for him is a good thing, as it depresses the support for Hillary in the democrat primaries. Unlike some people, I do not want her to get the nomination. I would like her taken out in the primaries by the democrats, so that no one can blame the GOP for picking on her. Anecdotal evidence tells me that of the 6 democrat supporters in my family, 2 are for Edwards, 3 are for Obama, and the one Hillary supporter might be swayed by Oprah and go to Obama. (This is info I picked up over Thanksgiving.)
