I said nothing about no transponders or missing flight plans.

Planes are chartered to haul freight and chartered to haul people daily. The come and go all over the world everyday.

The point is the can easily fly in with all needed approvals. Any national intelligence service could put this together within a month.

They do it from South and Central America into the Southern US all the time.
