The parlour game problem should have been obvious to the teacher, though she was sort of stuck since she didn’t write it. Still, it should not have taken the little girle to save her. The bear is tougher because it was named after a child named Mohammad and not after the Prophet Mohammad. While the reaction is appalling, I am not sure it was entirely unpredictable. Please don’t get me wrong, I think the reaction has been criminal. But if the teacher really did know as much as she says she knew about Islam, I have to wonder if she wasn’t knowingly pushing the limits a little. That’s how liberals decide they are going to change things. It is p o s s i b l e that she knew she was offending a little and just had no idea how extreme the reaction would be.

I imagine she was simply thinking that every other boy child born in dar al islam is named mohammed, so what was the problem?

I mean, it’s not like she was naming a pig or a dog after the greeeeat prophet.

St. Louis has an annual parade called the Veiled Prophet Parade. I wonder what the slams think of that.
