What did Rush say that sounded like a Thompson endorsement?

Friday Rush Limbaugh spoke for the conservative movement when he revealed his support for Fred Thompson. There are many of us Freepers that have been Fredheads from the time he was mentioned as a potential candidate. Glad to see Rush came around to our side!

I love Rush and listen to him daily but he didn’t help much in shaping the 2006 mid-term outcome, in spite of his non-stop diatribes on what it would mean (which it has, as predicted). If he’s that big a supporter, he better make it known before January 3, or give Thompson lots of free airtime.

Limbaugh did not "express his support" for Thompon. He simply said that Thompson was the only conservative in the top tier.He also went on to say he would support whoever the Republican nominee is.
