It is klutzy, to say the least, RedGirl. Up until yesterday when I got this ping, I had thought of Romney and Hunter as being complementary and that they would be a good ticket.

I have hung in there with Duncan as long as possible, but he has been so lackluster since the first 2 or 3 debates. I think it was the 3rd debate when he closed with his peanut gallery comment to Giuliani, Romney and McCain, calling them “the Ted Kennedy wing of the Repubican Party.” Ruh roh, I thought.

Hunter has one or two notes that he sings over and over, doesn’t say anything original in the debates so he is not memorable to the voters who do not already know him.

I still see Romney as ultimately the nominee.
