I swear he was about to say "I had 24-hour security because my own damn city wasn't safe!"
Yes, I think the most important reason that Rudy must be kept out of the White House is that he is an incompetent. He talks a great game, but that's all it is. All the tough talk is just to cover up the very weak character.
Our nation would not be safe with him at the helm. He's a poseur.
