Nah, you explained why you think he polls so poorly. Listen pal, even the Centers for Disease Control conceded that traditional land-line polling is obsolete as they were having a hard time with the results from them. Here, let me break it down for you:
- Nearly all of Paul's supporters are political newcomers, young adults, or conservatives who don't march in lockstep with the GOP
- The majority of them do not own land-line phones, they own cellphones, and it is illegal for pollsters to call them
- They did not vote in the 2004 presidential election
- The registered Republicans who did vote in 2004 are a very small sample for pollsters to choose from.
- Most MSM polls EXCLUDE Dr. Paul's name. Here's what exclude means. It means he's puposefully not part of the question. The choices are Rudy, Romney, Thompson, or McCain. If you say "other", or say Paul's name, you are not included in the poll, after you are hung up on by the pollster or listening to his/her sigh of disbelief.
Dr. Paul has thousands of people attending his rallies. He has the most extensive grassroots support of the candidates. He is leading all GOP candidates in fundraising for the 4Q, almost all of it from small, individual donations. He wins straw polls and online polls, and online polls A LIVE PERSON still has to point and click on the radio button to select a choice. You're going to believe that he's at "2%" when overwhelming empirical evidence says otherwise? Your screename is appropriate.
But if you want to be brainwashed by MSM spin, go ahead. But don't deny that he doesn't have support and base this off of obsolete polls conducted by the media, which obviously has an agenda.
One, I'm not your pal and have no interest in being your pal, so save the condescension for someone who falls for that sort of crap. Two, all of your claims are still just your opinion, and obviously you're welcome to it. Mine is that he has no chance at all to garner the nomination for the reasons I've mentioned in previous posts, and I'll stick to that, thanks.
I wonder if Dale Carnegie ever met Paul supporters? Apparently they're not familiar with his books.
