Misread the electorate at your own will. Many people are concerned about the war and do not want a long-term commitment in Iraq. Personally, I disagree with Paul on an immediate withdrawal, but we don't need to stay there for generations with permanent bases and such. The war is costing billions of dollars a year. Why do you think the dollar is falling?

Actually, they'd probably just stay home or vote 3rd party like they've always done, and then we can enjoy another election of GOP flacks and their lock-steppers whining about those evil "Losertarians" causing their RINO to lose.
I think he is too, though Paul has indicated the decision is 3 or 4 months off. It'll be a plus for the GOP, far more one issue antiwar voters on the left, and my guess the Dem candidate will be in the process of becoming a hawk post-convention. A wiser hawk than GWB, but a hawk nonetheless.

Dr. Paul is not going to run 3rd party. The only reason he is running for President is because millions of people across the nation begged him.
I know because I was there in January when he said he didn’t want to run, and I was there in February when he came back saying everyone else wanted him to so maybe there was something to it.
I’ve got $5 that says if Dr. Paul got the nomination, you would vote for Hillary over him.
