Get a Mini-14 or Mini-30, then get the aftermarket bullpup stock.
I love mine in 7.62x39.

When he said it was a “Dual caliber Bullpup”, I was hoping they had strapped an old AGM-12 missile on a modern rifle ....
That would go through most bullet-proof vests ...
