The rate would be much higher when applied to the registered voters who actually vote.

I'd be willing to bet that nearly all of the "ineligible" voters show up to vote. I hope this concern and attempt to end voter fraud is nationwide. Of course, this should have been done long ago.

The first counties to check are those along the Mexican border and the Valley. The next areas would be the Black enclaves of Houston and Dallas, where the percentage of felons is high. It’s high time we start having fair elections in the USA.

Preachin' to the choir here, pal! A national outcry on the scale of the licenses for illegals fiasco will only begin to make the public aware, and since nearly half have benefited from voter fraud (RATS winning) support will look thin.
