The education establishment needs to be replaced. Period.

Exactly. Also, if this hip-hop culture continues there will be no hope regardless of the education environment short of military.

Thats right Mitt help the dems continue down the road to the same old process that has led to the destruction of the blacks in this country, between the welfare programs that required the break up of the family so the mother could gain more money and horrendous public school propaganda system, a few billion more should just finish the blacks off.

Maybe it is time to try something new, not what the dems have controlled proved beyond a shadow of a doubt does not work.
