Next question to Rudy on gun control: In 2000 you said that anybody who wants a gun should pass a test. Why do you think Americans should need to pass a test to exercise their RKBA? Rudy waffling on “reasonable regulations.” Criminal background....waffling....if regs go beyond that, they would be unconstitution.
