McCain is wrong about a US policy of isolationism leading to WW2.

Debatable. IF the US had stood solidly by France and England in the lead up to WW2, it is entirely possible they would of taken a hard line with German thus crushing Hitler Reich in the formative years. Hitler got away with an awful lot of bluffs during the 1930s. It is one of those "What IF" questions that can be argued either way. Impossible to know what really would of happened.

Wrong..... we might have made it longer, but WWII started without us having a thing to do with it.... unless we were going to carpet bomb germany,etc in 1935.
