Yes, he does. The whack-o is raising money as a Republican so he can use it to run as another party's candidate. It is dishonorable.

Yup... People drive every day with “no intention” of getting into an accident - yet somehow it seems to happen over and over. People cheat on their spouses with “no intention” of hurting them, and yet - duh!

I’m very suspicious of someone who answers a question in that way - because what it really means is “it’s possible.”
