Please don’t criticise McCain about torture he has actually experienced it in ways that we cannot imagine. I disagree with him on this issue but he has my sincere respect and gratitude for his service and he makes some very good and sincere arguments.
Respect yes...but he is wrong if it helps to save American lives. We can’t be anything but perceived as strong. This enemy is determined to kill the weak.
I don;t really know what McCain wnet through. His fellow prisoners don’t seem to cotton to him though.
Agree! While I think he is not stable enough for the presidency in any way, on this one issue he should be left alone whether he is right or wrong. He has the right to hate and go ballistic on the subject of torture more than most.
