A lot of what Corsi has breathlessly tried to alarm the mindless with is just the most irresponsible fear mongering. It usually goes like this: He writes that public figure A ate at a Mexican restaurant, and the restaurant was in state B, and so that proves that that public figure has a secret deal to cede back that state to Mexico.
