Generally, the LIBOR follows the Prime rate but there is no direct correlation. Especially since the LIBOR is the London InterBank Offered Rate.

Let me clarify my statement: Historically, it tends to ebb and flow as prime does, sometimes leading sometimes following.
That’s not a guarantee of future performance.
